Happiness doesn't come just like that. At times we take a lot of things for granted. Those small things may matter so much to the people around you. A small smile , a happy handshake, a word of care those things may matter a lot. Everyone's day is not the same. Some start the day happily, some a little gloomy. But you can be the game changer. You can change someone's day into a better one. A dog jumps with happiness when it sees its owner. What does it want to convey there ? The happiness it has ? The joy it has ? Or does it want to see the owner happy ? Socializing traits in dogs are similar to humans which make them happy to be in the company of their owners. Here are some ways with which you can spread positivity around yourself.
This may sound illogical, but just naming your emotion out loud can start to change it. Researchers have found that just saying “I’m anxious” or “I’m worried” allows the negative emotion to dissipate much more quickly. Some people have the capability to read people's mind and understand what it is. Some people don't. So when you’re upset with your friend or colleague, don’t hesitate to say, “I feel upset about…”
Surprisingly, doing a stretch, standing with good posture and smiling all contribute to a good mood. Performing a physical activity or being silly with another physical movement, can change your attitude. Dance, sing,jump and shout out to the world. It's okay to let your feelings out. You can never be sorry for how you feel.
Take deep breaths. Try it now. While you’re reading this. Take a breath. And another. How do you feel? A little more relaxed in the chest and shoulder area? Try this when someone says something upsetting. Step aside and take a few deep breaths. No one will miss you, and you will come back refreshed. This is one of the simplest things to do, but it’s one of the hardest to remember!
If you aren’t sure of your passion as an teenager, revisit your childhood for clues. Perhaps when you were a child, there was something that you were passionate about. Maybe there was something you loved to collect, a place you loved going, or an activity that you loved doing. Bring those old experiences back into your current life. Revisiting your old life is not only a way to remember bad memories, it's also a way to think about the wonderful memories you had and become happy all over again.
See possibilities everywhere. Do you see your glass as half-full or half-empty? If you choose to see the world optimistically, you can more fully appreciate everything and enjoy your life more. We can't always choose to be happy immediately, but we can always choose to work towards being happier.
We have always met a kind of people in life. We ignore them, but they still come to us always. Never lose those kind of people in your life. They are really hard to find. They choose to make you happy even when you don't want them to. Those people are mostly lonely by heart and want love. I understand we get irritated by them, maybe its their character or nature. Try being kind and compassionate to those kind of people. You will never know when they will choose to leave and you will start missing them.
Cultivate your courage.Identify your strengths and the areas in your life where you could be a little more courageous. Start working on those areas where you could use a little improvement.
Above all ,You choose to be happy. It's You. Everything starts from the inside. Tricks and techniques from people cannot always help you until you try to change your mind. Be happy when you see people around you happy. Being jealous is human nature. But understand, everyone isn't happy always. It's their phase of life to live happily. Wait for yours. It'll arrive one fine day. Spread kindness and positivity around people. It's okay if people don't do that back to you. You can be different. You can change people.
